HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Each month we send you A4 sized secure envelopes addressed to "My Book-keeper".

You then mail us back the business documents, bank statements, receipts, cheque book stubs, invoices, business credit card bills, etc.

We prepare your monthly accounts and managements reports and mail these back to you within 5 days.  Your reports can also be available for you to view online at any time through our secured servers.

WHY OUTSOURCE YOUR ACCCOUNTING DUTIES?

There are several cost savings advantages to outsourcing.

You won't be paying for employer payroll tax expense, employee benefits and liability insurance.  You have no recruiting and interviewing costs and no training costs.
